[ale] syncing win nt and linux directory

Look at rsync ( http://rsync.samba.org/ ). The resources link look to
have some information for mirroring data between Win NT and Linux. I
have used rsync for Linux to Linux before and it was great. Very Fast!
It is one of the utilities used as part of the Linux High Availibility
Project. Hope this helps.
