There ain't really a way. Think of this as an excellent 
opportunity to increase security by having everyone change 
their password. You could even begin doing this on the Linux 
box and store the changed passwords in a more portable (and 
far less secure) method. I would recommend just doing it on 
the new box however, preceded by lots of user education. 
Or just stay on Linux. :)
