Sorry, should have said "gain a competitive advantage from",
which is after all what for-profits are all about; nothing
wrong with that. If I have to give away my hard work due
to GPL encumbrance, quite clearly the investment I've made
in that work cannot provide any competitive advantage to
me, except possibly in the very short term.

By the way, I'm not an idiot, please don't treat me
as such.
