[ale] Netgear FA312?

My FA310 which had been working great just blew up.  I had a 312 lying 
around so I threw it in.  I have the 312 drivers from netgear.com but
it spits ALOT of errors when I try to compile on a 2.4.0 kernel.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to get this machine online again?
