I don't know, I guess things change.  The company I work for looks for
one of two items, but usually both.  A college degree and/or work
history.  In actuality a decent work history will get you more then the
degree without a work history.  Certification isn't worth squat, around
here.

Oh, and I get two weeks training a year and the company picks up the
tab.

Actually, I'd like to see someone go for the Linxugruven deal and
provide feedback later, that is as long as:  1. they got hired, 2. they
didn't get brainwashed.
