[ale] DBF data to web

The sample WAS corrupted.  It somehow grew by 800 bytes in transmission.  I'm
attaching a zipped copy.

Meanwhile, I downloaded a copy of PeekDBF and will try it out tonight.  Thanks for
the tip!
