[ale] postfix/fetchmail introduces ^Ms into my mail!?

I think I've fixed my Carriage Return problem.  Fetchmail has an
option 'stripcr' to strip the CRs from mail before forwarding it on.
Why it is neccesary now and not before I haven't figured out, but at
least it is working now.
