[ale] IPCHAINS to IPTABLES

Does anyone know of a script that will convert my ipchains to iptables?  Or,
does anyone have a base script that I can start with including NAT, caching
name server, httpd, and MASQ?  I took a look at Firestarter and didn't
really like it.  It seems way to simple.

Any Suggestions?  My biggest problem is that my work schedule is insane so I
can't spend several all nighters working on this like I could in the past.
