[ale] More Samba questions

Below is the result of the debug when I start nmbd.

The problem line is:
[2001/08/15 22:22:40, 0] lib/util_sock.c:open_socket_in(867)
  bind failed on port 137 socket_addr=192.168.0.2 (Cannot assign requested
address)

Which then cause nmbd to fail.

I do  have and entry for netbio-ns on port 137 in the /etc/services file
So my question is - What is the next set in troubleshooting this problem.

My experience is extremely lacking on this.
