[ale] device name for SCSI DLT

I would expect it to be /dev/st0

If the kernel sees the tape drive at startup, it should say what device name
it's assigned to the tape drive.

  # dmesg | less

If you are missing /dev/st* entries

  # cd /dev
  # ./MAKEDEV st
