[ale] Internet usage monitor

Is there a script/program, whatever, that can give a report of internet usage
via a masq'd machine? I have several clients that are using masq boxes to
provide internet access to their entire network, that are now asking for some
way to monitor the amount of time each employee is spending on the 'net. At
the moment they are not asking for "which sites", just the amount of time
spent per day/week/...
