[ale] bzip2 rpm gpg-signed ??

hi, y'all,

I downloaded it from RH7.0beta directory on GT's ftp-linux.cc site. The
checksum is fine.

To be sure, I upgraded rpm itself to 3.0.5. GPG sig verification works
before and after the 'rpm' upgrade.

# rpm --checksig --verbose bzip2-1.0.1-3.i386.rpm
