Hi Marty!
         I also just made the switch to Qmail, and I've discovered a 
Wonderful tool to handle Virtual Domains called "Vpopmail" at: 
http://www.inter7.com/vpopmail

It's a wonderful little tool, and really helped me quickly migrate every 
domain I had from Sendmail (using Linuxconf for Virtual Domain admin) to 
Qmail... Plus it provides a web-based interface if your users wish to 
administer their own Vdomain functions, like Mailing lists, Virtual Users, 
etc...
