[ale] GNU info

[Joe Knapka]

Thank you, this what I was looking for. The Gnome help
browser does everything I want. It even automatically
notices new info files added to directories on your
INFOPATH (though you have to restart the browser;
"Reload" doesn't seem to do the trick).
