[ale] Tired of Dealing with named

Ok
  I'm tired of getting these bounced emails on DNS failures for this 
domain.  I have a nice, small domain here.  I do my own primary and
secondary.  All is well, except with this one ISP.  I've been told
it has to do with ttl, etc.  Here is the ttl in my setup:


$TTL 86400		; Minimum TTL 1 day
;
@	IN	SOA	ns1.rnd-consulting.com. wally.rnd-consulting.com. (
		2000071101	; serial
		10800 		; Refresh after 3 hours
		3600 		; Retry after 1 hour
		604800 ) 		; Expire after 1 week


These were defaults I believe.  Anyone have suggestions for better/diff
numbers?
