[ale] ipchains questions

I have a customer that has an isdn0 interface and an eth0 interface
(which leads back to his lan).  What's the ipchains syntax to enable
traffic to pass between the interfaces and enable ip masquerading (man,
that ipchains man page is a novel... ;)
