I am trying to use hdparm to increase hd performance. Here are the
commands that I am using:
/sbin/hdparm -c 1 /dev/hda
/sbin/hdparm -d 1 /dev/hda
/sbin/hdparm -k 1 /dev/hda

But when I reboot, I lose the settings. My understanding is that the
last command is suppost to save the settings. Any ideas?? TIA
