I follow the Beowulf list and the general consensus is that the Xeon
isn't worth the money. I would get two procs at once for the best odds
at getting the same stepping values for both processors. I opted for
dual PII-400s myself on a board that supports PIIIs so I can upgrade to
PIIIs when the price drops.
