[ale] Sybase question

I have a client that would like to update his server from Novell 3.12 to
Linux. I started to, then ran into a snag. He is running a Sybase NLM on the
Novell server. I know Sybase runs on Linux, but does anyone know how
compatable it is with the other platforms? (ie. NT, Novell, etc.) Can I just
move/copy his databases from one to the other?
