[ale] gnome in redhat6.0?

I'm trying to use gnome and I'm getting this:

(including all the rest to show no problems with it.)

Anyone know what's with the library listed below?  I've removed 
all the gnome stuff and reinstalled it from the cd.  Thoughts?
