[ale] Problem mounting floppy drive with RedHat 5.2

Sounds like it doesn't like your media.
However, with me, this kind of problem usually indicates
an unexpected filesystem (altho it usually says this).

What's you /etc/fstab file say for /mnt/floppy's filesystem?
What filesystem is the floppy media formatted with?
Are they the same?

You can post your /etc/fstab file.  That may help.
