IMHO PC Power and Cooling http://www.pcpowercooling.com/ builds the best 
cases and power supplies.  Their Solid Steel Tower case has 10 5.25" bayes,
 two filtered box fans in the front, weighs 40 pounds without a power supply,
  has a removable side panel, 22.5"D x 7.5"w x 24"H, and is made out of 
16 - 18  gage steel.  For the ATX form factor cases they have 300, 350, 
425, and 600 watt power supplies.  They also have 600 and 850 watt redundant 
hot-swappable power supplies.  

If you realy want to spoil yourself get a ViewSonic P815 21" monitor.

Take a look at APC's 2200XL Smart UPS.  You can add up to ten additional 
battery packs on to this puppy.  Start out with the base unit and get additional 
battery packs as your needs change.

Look at the Sony DDS-4 DAT tape drive.  20/40Gig of storage @ 288MB/minute.
