I think 2-year-old Veronica Sams won a battle with Archie Comics, but
that was settled out of court, if I recall correctly.  Her site hasn't
been updated in 100 years, so I don't know for sure.  CNET Radio did a
story on it last year.  Read the letter her dad wrote to the publisher's
lawyers.  He CC'd a BUNCH of big wigs and they eventually backed off.  A
lot of people on the Internet chimed in with e-mails of protest against
the evil comic book publishers.
