[ale] Cable Modem and TV Tuner Card

I've got a Comcast cable modem (Cisco BR-somethingorother) and an ATI 
TV tuner card and it works just fine.

The tech has no clue-- you're absolutely right. The TV tuner, however, 
would probably need to be on the other side of the splitter, like the 
television.
