[ale] General (I hope) Network Problem

Hi, all!

	While I'm getting this on an FTP client on an alternative north west OS,
I"m hoping that it'll be general enough that someone will be able to
translate it into plain English for me.  

	The error I'm getting is: "Error 12: Address family not supported by
protocol family.".  At first, using the name of the server, the error was
"Error 3: Unable to find record of specified type" aka DNS lookup failure.
After changing the name to the IP address, I get the error 12.  I think
it's saying that this protocol (TCP or IP) doesn't support the address
family entered (209.193.232.133), but that's silly, since it IS an IP address.

	Any takers?
