actually, if you want a good deal, ...  the hp8100i series is 'roudn $299
from buy.com...

everywhere else lists it for about 350ish...


its a 24x read, 4x cd-r, and 2x rewrite.. its the same as the sony spressa
24x (same internals)... the sony however is even cheaper, if ucan find it..
sells for about $250.. doenst include adaptect ez cd creator.. includes
'sony cd-right'...
