[ale] disassembler

Hello,

I am looking to modify an old pgm that my vendor does not support anymore.
I need a 'smart'
disassembler that can turn my old .exe into an asm file. Is there a
shareware/freeware
version around? I used Z80EMU before, and it works great on old Z80 object
modules.

The best disassemblers go thru the code instruction by instruction,
creating pseudo labels
where needed, and show data areas as areas never executed.

The pgm is too big (dos 386-based) to use with turbo debugger.

Thanks,
