	My understanding is that Microsoft Toilet consists of Microsoft's
Unicode extensions to the ISO9660 filesystem. It looks like it amounts to
about 2k of code added to isofs in 2.1.62.

	I have only one CDROM that uses it, but I'm sure other MS CDs do,
too.
