Thanks for the input Alex.  I did that.  I have SysV IPC compiled into
the kernel.  I have the SCO shared libraries, and I have iBCS running. 
I believe that semaphores in 4.1 are broken.  Period.  Does anyone have
a program that uses semaphores?   If so, does it work?
