1. Mount the CDROM, e.g. /mnt/cdrom
2. Go to /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS
3. Use rpm -ivh <package filename> to install
       rpm -e <package (not file) name> to remove 
       rpm -qi <package filename> to get info about package,

etc...
Read rpm man page for more options.  I like using the command
line rpm rather than the GUI one anyway cause I can see exactly what's
going on.
