I'm not sure how to redirect the boot messages to a serial port, but
klogd and syslogd capture most of the information in /var/adm/messages

As for no video and no keyboard, that is easy.
If you set the video type to none in the bios and set the keyboard to
not installed, the pc should boot normally.
