I don't know if Motorola still sells the Bitsurfr, but
you'll be better off getting a Bitsurfr Pro. The BS doesn't
do MultilinkPPP (it says it does, but doesn't), but the BSpro
does. You also get 2 analog jacks.

I'm not sure about dynamically bringing up the link when 
traffic increases, but the BS pro will let bring both B
channels up, recieve a call on one (dropping you down to 1B),
and then will automatically bring the second B back up
when you're done.

The BSpro also delivers Caller ID information on the analog
ports. I think later revisions of the plain BS do this as well,
tho.
