Netscape news Question

Hi all,

I've been having some trouble with the new version of netscape,
which I've downloaded last weekend.

It seems that the all my newsgroups are listed with the frist four
letters of the group, followed by a few periods and then the last 
couple of letters from the end of the group, for example,

comp.os.linux.anounce would be comp...ce

Has anyone else had this problem, or have an idea how to fix it?
