[ale] libXpm.so.4

I should know this, but I don't. :-)

I'm finally breaking down and trying out WP8 on my Debian Slink
system. When I fire off xwp it sqwaks about wanting libXpm.so.4,
which does exist on my system in /usr/X11R6/lib/libXpm.so.4.10,
with a link pointing to it called libXpm.so.4. The
/usr/X11R6/lib does exist in my ld.so.conf and in the cache for
it. So why is xwp still complaining?
